Southside Kia service really knows the meaning of the word service. My car was thoroughly taken care of and I had a shuttle to and from my house so I didn't have to wait. It was very pleasant and efficient service.

Working with Carisa to have my engine replaced (Powertrain Warranty!) was such a professional yet personable experience. She kept in touch every step of the way to make sure I knew what was happening. The warranty also includes a rental car for the days I was without my Soul. I had my first experience with Southside Kias service department today (as I purchased my Kia from another dealer). From start of booking to driving out today WOW was a smooth and kind experience.
