They have turned a new leaf great customer service now days especially Mr. Sheldon Smith who helped assist me with my car getting serviced and the process and all that entails. Be prepared to wait for your service to be completed. I didn’t know an oil change takes 3- 4 hours now that’s about the only down fall especially if it’s around lunch time or coming after lunch appointments. Get in early if you can.
Sheldon Smith did an excellent job of overseeing the repair of my vehicle and keeping me informed as the repairs were made. I trust his judgment and will only bring my Optima to Southside Kia because of his commitment to customer care.

Southside Kia service department is always outstanding to their customers. They really show us that they care & are concerned if there is a problem. They also keep us updated on the progress. Even the lane manager is out there filling washer fluid as you check in!!! I have NEVER experienced that before!!! NEVER!!!

I had to take my 2013 Kia in for service to address a factory recall item. I called the service department and made an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, the process was extremely smooth. A service technician checked in my car and I was introduced to a Service Counselor, Mr. Sheldon Smith. The service writer, Reilly Mickey, was available as soon as I walked in. He understood what I wanted and suggested I also get the tires rotated. He told me the price and how long it would take. Everything went smoothly.
I had an appointment to bring my car in for a safety recall. I was greeted up on arrival. My appointment was pretty much on time. I was told approximately how long the service would take. I was asked about a complimentary car wash. My car was ready in the time frame advised. My car was washed afterwards. I did notice my clock and pre set radio stations were off time/stations. My AC was on full blast/speed when I went to get inside my car. The staff was friendly.
Sheldon Smiths’ professionalism, demeanor and passion for what he does are second to none. I admire that in him! He gives customer service and KIA an extremely good name. I could go on and on, but you get the gist. I’ll be requesting Sheldon as my Service Advisor from here on, whereas I’ve never requested a specific Advisor before. However, if I were rating the dealership for cleanliness, it would only get 2 stars. Have y'all had anyone in to clean the waiting room and bathrooms lately? Have you noticed the spills on the walls and baseboards? If you want to make a good impression on customers who have to sit there for several hours, you might want to upgrade or retrain your cleaning crew. Thanks!

Great Customer Service Experience... Robby Sobol was the sweetest. He listened to my concerned voice when advising the nightmarish 2 month experience I had with Greenway KIA. Assisted with a Quality Vehicle Inspection to make sure all was now well with my car. I feel safe and again at ease driving my KIA Sportage. I also observed his kindness and attentiveness with other customers as I waited on my vehicle. Although yes they were busy that day, he was patient with others and took the time to keep other customers updated on the progress of their car and wait time.
Our Service Representative Robert was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He advised us that the replacement rear driver TV will be ordered and once received an appointment will be set up. We are very pleased and happy for the excellent quality of service that we received.

Awesome experience! I took my Jeep there on Tuesday for some steering issues and had it back on Wednesday all ready to go! I had two recalls on my Kia, Anthony explained every step of the process, offering a shuttle service but it was not needed per I was only there a couple of hours. Anthony managed to also fit in an oil change, tire rotation and a diagnostic for future services. Thank you Kia for your friendly helpful employees!
I have had my car since May 2020 and have utilized the services of Southside Kia. My service advisor/manager Carisa Bird is wonderful. Her team of technicians never fails me. I have never had a bad experience here. From the beginning with the intake clerks to finalizing our bill with the cashier it has been awsome.
I usually do not use a dealer for my vehicles unless it’s warranty work but Southside Kia has earned my trust with service advisor Riley Every time I am in for service he takes care of me as if I am family. These days that is rare and hard to find and you’re lucky to get the bare minimum. Riley and all the service team members i observe while waiting for my vehicle are kind, courteous , and pleasant people. I will always use Southside Kia especially because of the way Riley handles his customers.

He thoroughly explained everything that was going to take place with my car and he set realistic expectations. She went over what maintenance was needed in detail and gave me an accurate estimate of the cost. She kept in contact during the appointment via text. Great experience.

He was not pushy, he didn't force you into something you don't want or like, he assisted me with every step of the process even though I knew what I wanted and researched what I wanted.
